In order to fully accomplish its missions and conduct its activities, the Fondation Dominique et Tom Alberici has appointed a Board of Directors that contributes extensive experience and skills developed working with disabled people, healthcare providers and companies.
Gilles Alberici is the Chairman of OCTALFA SAS.
Julien Alberici is the Managing Director of
Christian was previously Director of the Jura Departmental Council’s Solidarity and Healthcluster and Managing Director of ARIMC (now Odynéo).
Emmanuèle, former Head Pharmacist at Sanofi Pasteur MSD, a leading vaccine company in Europe, carries out charitable activities to support disabled people.
Thierry is the Founding Chairman & CEO of Alizé Pharma, a group of company for biotechnology companies specialized in metabolic diseases.
Henri was previously the Foundation’s Director of Strategy for the University of Lyon and the former Regional Delegate for Research and Technology (D2RT Rhône-Alpes).
Charlotte Maddalena is the executive assistant of Octalfa SAS
The Foundation’s board of directors convenes four times a year to choose the projects it intends to support. During these board meetings, each administrator suggests a project, and can, if necessary, contact the promoting organisation to examine the project in greater depth.

Institut Dominique & Tom Alberici can also be called upon to further the scope of the foundation’s support to projects that are symbolic of its mission. Such is the case of projects that are highly complementary to historic projects or that can be duplicated with the help of promoting partner organisations. The institute and foundation share the same mission and board of directors.
