In order to fully accomplish its missions and conduct its activities, the Fondation Dominique et Tom Alberici has appointed a Board of Directors of 8 people that contributes extensive experience and skills developed working with disabled people, healthcare providers and companies.

Gilles Alberici is the Chairman of Octalfa.
Julien ALBERICI
Julien Alberici is the Managing Director of Octalfa.
Christian JUNCKER
Christian was previously Director of the Jura Departmental Council’s Solidarity and Healthcluster and Managing Director of ARIMC (now Odynéo).
Emmanuèle GERDIL
Emmanuèle, former Head Pharmacist at Sanofi Pasteur MSD, a leading vaccine company in Europe, carries out charitable activities to support disabled people.
Thierry ABRIBAT
Thierry is the Founding Chairman & CEO of Amolyt Pharma, a biotechnology company specialized in metabolic diseases.
Henri MONTES
Henri was previously the Foundation’s Director of Strategy for the University of Lyon and the former Regional Delegate for Research and Technology (D2RT Rhône-Alpes).
Fabrice BOUTEILLE
After an international career in the pharmaceutical and medtech industry, Fabrice Bouteille founded and manages Valexel, a company specialized in strategy consulting and international development in the healthtech activities.

Lorédane SAUZARET
Lorédane Sauzaret is the executive assistant of Octalfa and employee representative on the Board of Directors of the Dominique & Tom Alberici Foundation.
The Foundation’s board of directors convenes four times a year to choose the projects it intends to support. During these board meetings, each administrator suggests a project, and can, if necessary, contact the promoting organisation to examine the project in greater depth.

Institut Dominique & Tom Alberici can also be called upon to further the scope of the foundation’s support to projects that are symbolic of its mission. Such is the case of projects that are highly complementary to historic projects or that can be duplicated with the help of promoting partner organisations. The institute and foundation share the same mission and board of directors.
